01 — The agency

People are the production value.

An event is judged in the small moments: the welcome at the door, the answer to a question, the glass that arrives before it is asked for. We build teams for those moments — cast for the audience in front of them, briefed on your brand, and led on site by someone who owns the result.

Founded by event producers, the agency is built on more than a decade of experience in exhibitions and event management — and it shows in the details nobody writes into a brief. Voila Staff works as an extension of your team rather than a booking desk: one contact from brief to debrief, a roster we know by name, and a field management layer that keeps you out of the day-to-day.

  • 01

    Exclusive, multilingual staff

Our talents work with us and nowhere else — every one of them fluent in several languages and seasoned on the floor, never pulled at random from a list.

  • 02

    Briefed like staff

Brand training, scripts and run-through before the doors open, so day one already looks like day ten.

  • 03

    Led on site

A field manager runs the team, handles the unexpected and reports back with numbers, not anecdotes.

02 — Services

Every role your floor plan needs.

From a two-person welcome desk to a four-hundred-strong festival crew, staffed as one team under one brief.

Hosts & hostesses

Welcome, accreditation, cloakroom, guiding and VIP care — multilingual, on brand, on time.

Brand ambassadors

Product demos, sampling, street marketing and retail activations by people who can actually sell.

Event managers

Coordinators, floor managers and project leads who run the schedule and own the escalation path.

Bar & catering crew

Bartenders, baristas, runners and service staff, trained on your menu and your pace.

Registration & data

Badge printing, check-in desks, lead capture and live attendance reporting from the floor.

Logistics & technical

Set-up and tear-down teams, handling, stage support and backstage runners for the hours nobody sees.

03 — Sectors

Rooms we already know.

    Corporate & conventions

Conventions, town halls, summits and incentive travel for teams of 50 to 5 000.

  • 02

    Trade shows & exhibitions

Stand hosts, traffic builders and lead qualifiers who make the square metres pay off.

  • 03

    Sport & stadiums

Hospitality, accreditation and crowd-facing teams built for match-day rhythm.

  • 04

    Festivals & culture

Large volumes, long shifts, rolling schedules — planned, rotated and covered.

  • 05

    Luxury & retail

Boutique openings, pop-ups and private viewings staffed with the codes that go with them.

  • 06

    Product launches

Roadshows and press days where the team has to know the product as well as you do.

04 — Process

Four steps, one contact.

The same line runs through the whole project — here it is, laid flat.

  1. Step 01

    Brief

A call, a floor plan, a tone of voice. You get a staffing plan and a firm quote within 24 hours.

  2. Step 02

    Casting

We select from our roster on languages, experience and fit, and send you the profiles to approve.

  3. Step 03

    Briefing

Brand training, scripts, dress code and a run-through so the team arrives ready, not just present.

  4. Step 04

    On site & debrief

A field manager leads the shift, handles the unexpected, and sends you a report with the numbers.

06 — Talents

Work the events you would want to attend.

We are hiring hosts, ambassadors, bar crews, coordinators and technicians all year round. Declared contracts, paid briefings, and schedules you choose from your phone.

  • Briefings and brand training paid as worked hours
  • Travel and meals covered on qualifying missions
  • Recurring clients, so the good missions come back to you

What we look for

  • Presence You are comfortable being the first person a guest meets.
  • Languages French and English at ease; a third one is an advantage.
  • Reliability You confirm, you show up, you are early.
  • Judgement You solve the small problem before it reaches the client.

07 — Contact

Tell us the mission.

A staffing plan and a firm quote within 24 hours, weekends included.

How fast can you staff an event?

A plan comes back within 24 hours, and we have covered full teams in 48. Long lead times simply buy you a wider casting.

Do you work outside France?

Yes. We travel a core team and recruit locally around it, so the brief stays identical from one city to the next.

Who exactly is on the team you send?

Our own people. The roster is exclusive to Voila Staff, every talent speaks several languages, and each one has already worked the kind of room you are booking — the agency itself is built on more than a decade in exhibitions and event management.

How are your talents contracted?

Every mission is declared and insured, with briefing hours paid as worked hours.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per role, per hour, with a minimum shift. The quote lists the whole team line by line — no bundled management fee.
